Help me choose my wedding band.

I'm not sure if this post belongs here but it didn't really belong in RT or SMTR. The product will however be in SMTR soon!

So I was set on a bezel eternity band but then I saw a couple fishtail eternities I liked and now I'm not sure which to pick. Whichever one I get will be done in 3/4. I can afford the bezel band in platinum but I can only afford the two fishtails in palladium, which isn't a huge deal to me as my ering is palladium and I've had no problem with it.

I think I may still be leaning towards the bezel band as I have liked them for a long time, I don't have to worry about it snagging or eating away at my ering and its probably the easiest one to live in...but I'm not 100% sure and I do like the fishtails. So help me out friends. Which ring do you think is the better choice and why?

This is the first fishtail, it is one pointers and a prong in between each diamond.


This is the second fishtail, it is two pointers.

Forgive me if I'm wrong - but wasn't there an issue some time ago with your FI not liking the bezel band, and you not being completely comfortable choosing something he disliked? Has that been resolved?

You are correct Yssie. FI isn't too fond of bezels...but I am. He said it didn't much matter to him what I get as long as I'm happy with it.

I prefer the bezel for comfort and utility, but also because I think it flows better with your three-stone. The bezel is a simpler, cleaner, bolder style that I think flows really well with your threestone - I feel like the fishtails are too "finicky" for your Ering

I agree with the previous posters and think that the bezel band is beautiful with your ering. I'm not always crazy about bezels but I think it's perfect!

I like the jazz band with your engagement ring, also. Keep in mind that a 3/4 eternity wedding band will likely spin which will leave you with the 1/4 solid metal on top at times.

Bezel here too. The lines go with your ering well. I have a half eternity band & it doesn't spin around. Once in a while I need to adjust it a little but hardly a big deal. Long ago I had a full eternity (fake something or other) & it was uncomfortable -- didn't like the feeling of the stones against my pinky & middle finger. Doesn't bother a lot of people but did me.

Another vote for the jazz bezel! It's such an elegant look, and I think it suits the lines of your e-ring. And there are always anniversaries for the fishtail bands ....
