Any of these diamonds would be an excellent choice. As far as size difference, you may be able to notice if the diamonds are side by side and unmounted, but once mounted, it would be near impossible. The size difference from the smallest diameter of the five to the largest is only .2mm--about the width of 2 human hairs.

My personal preference is the 1.117 G VS2. I don''t see the need of paying $1K extra for VS1 clarity, because you won''t see the inclusions in either one with the naked eye. Also the difference is size is so negligible between that one and the 1.20 diamonds that I wouldn''t want to spend 13% more for just a .1mm gain in size. That is me, you need to decide what is most important to YOU. If you would like the extra size and it is within budget, go for it. If you would rather save the extra $$ for something else, the 1.117 & 1.112 are excellent choices.
