Help me choose a stacking ring?

I'm looking for a stacking ring and need some advice. I like alternating baguettes and rounds, but was thinking the baguettes don't sparkle as much as rounds. So I saw this other ring from Tiffanys. Which would you choose?

Stack 1 is more antiquey looking to me, stack 2 more modern. I prefer stack 2, but I don''t know if I''d like it as much without the miligrain!

I like the first one. I like the idea of the contrast between the shimmer of the baguettes and the sparkly rounds.

I like the first one also, but can''t picture it w/o the miligrain. I have seen cute stack rings that alternate bezeled rounds and princesses set "on point."
