Help! James Allen 4 Prong Solitaire

Who had the solitaire by JA that ended up not quite being the right ring for the stone... it was lovely and airy and got loose too frequently? Was it Kaleigh or Dee*jay? Ugh- I''m drawing a blank and I can''t find the right search terms to find it.

I think it was me!

The setting you're referring to is pictured in my Avatar. JA made it for me and had based it on another designer's solitaire setting with the little surprise stones in the head (for the life of me, I cannot remember the name of that designer or that setting! Someone else here will, though). It was absolutely stunning, but my stone kept coming loose in it, so I had the diamond re-set in my current Leon Mege (3-stone with side pears).
