Montana sapphire all the way, just joking, topaz, inclusion looks to be fracture with iron stain in it, would indicate natural

As I’ve learnt, crystals mostly don’t come in their “textbook form” unfortunately so you definitely need to do other testing to assist ID.
SG, polarscope etc.
Natural topaz is also my pick.

Isnt Topaz six sided?

You often dont see the crystals in their regular forms. Depending on the source many are alluvial rounded or worn so the original crystalform is not really visible. Some are broken or scattered...
I can be wrong but topaz is my guess from the pic and some numbers which were quoted.
You are getting used to the looks of some varietes like fractures or rims, which you see somewhat often then.
