HELP! I need help with Mark Identification!

Hello!

I’ll try to keep this short! I went to an estate sale my wife wanted me to buy her a purse she had seen so of course I buy the purse. (Louis Vouitton purse) or however it is spelled. Inside the purse I find a 14K GOLD RING!! I am pretty sure that it’s a natural diamond, tested with loupe, and my pro smart gem eye. The issue is I cannot figure out what the other marking inside the ring is and it’s driving me insane. It’s marked 14K R. I think it’s an R. Here are some pics any help would be greatly appreciated. Looking for the meaning weather it be a makers mark, or some marking that I have not heard of.

If you search for 'gold hallmarks' on an internet search engine, you should get information on the various marking systems in use across the world, which may assist

I have actually sarched all of those. This specific stamp is not listed..... I’m starting to wonder if it was a custom since the diamond is a little over 1.1ct.

What a lucky duck! I can't help you with the makers mark but I would have it appraised!
