Help finding semi mount earrings

I have a pair of 5mm diamonds that I'd like to set in studs. I have a pair of vintage spinel earrings with a setting I love and I would like to set the diamonds in a similar style setting but I don't want to shell out for custom. Does anyone know where I could get a setting like this?

Almost any brick and mortar jewelry store can do it. They have catalogs with mountings. Look on the Stuller site, for example.
