help find setting

Hi again...I really like this setting but I can''t decide if I want pear or trilliant side stones...

I like how the center diamond isn''t super high up like the traditional Tiffany-style ring...also like the way the prongs look...just looks very nice!

Does anyone know of a setting with trilliant side stones similar to this?

Will it be an oval stone you use?

thanks for your reply! I want to use a Jubilee or Princess of Hearts for the center stone...really like those unique square shapes but not sure what I want yet...going to look in person this weekend. Also you said it was clickable...I couldn''t click it...
