I've been wearing my engagement ring for almost two years now. My husband paid about $1500 for it and got it custom made. It Is a half carat princess cut with two baguettes. In the last several months I've felt like something is off when I look at it. However I've stared at it for hours and hours and cannot figure out quite what is wrong. It almost seems like either one of the baguettes is lower or the diamond is crooked. The bottom right corner of my center diamond always seems lower. When I flip it over, same thing. The top edge always looks straight. I had to send my ring in for repairs a few months ago because the band (the part on the back of my finger) was bent. Since I didn't notice anything wrong before I'm wondering if maybe the jeweler did something while he was fixing the band. Also I had ro get my wedding band made to fit and I'm also wondering if maybe the jeweler did something to make it fit with the band. I've talked to a few jewelers but no one can see anything wrong. I'm wondering does either of those possibilities make sense? Is there even anything wrong? I know it was custom made and not expensive but shouldn't it still be perfect?
Thanks in advance for your help.
I will try to post some pictures

The "custom made" part should have no effect on how symmetrical or even anything looks to you. Maybe something is bent or has been moved by wear. Possibly, the jeweler who made the wedding ring did push the metal of your engagement ring in some way that it is now not straight somewhere, but it would be pure guesswork to say that is what happened at this point. We need close up photos or someone will need you to bring it in to analyze how to make it look right again. Likely, it is not a big thing to fix.
