Help Choosing Engagement Ring!

After searching for last few months, have finally narrowed down my search for a round brillant GIA certified diamond to 2 choices:

1. 2.04 carat, D colour, SI2 with no visible inclusions, ex cut, vg polish, vg symmetry for $23,063
2. 2.12 carat, F colour, SI1, ex cut, ex polish, ex symmetry for $28,886

To the naked eye, and especially when mounted, the two stones look exactly the same. Is it worth paying extra for a triple excellent stone? Or is it better to save a bit of money, and buy the D colour stone rather than F?

The D doesn't show inclusions even from the side? What are the inclusions on that one?

there are a couple of small inclusions on the side, nothing on the table, and nothing visible to the naked eye, which I guess is ok for me!

I would go with the second option. It is a larger diamond, still in the colorless range, better clarity, and triple EX.
