Hello everyone, I am brand new here and recently discovered this helpful site and hope to get opinions which journey pendant would be best buy. THank you in advance for your help.

Costco: 14kt white gold 1.0ctw VS2, I - $1599.99

Costco: 14kt white gold 1.84ctw VS2, I - $3499.99

Sam''s Club: 14k white gold 1.46 ctw VS1-2, G-H - $2,743

Blue Nile: 18k White Gold .96 ctw SI2, I - $1,550

Megan, If it were me, I would probably get this one instead http://www.whiteflash.com/Fine-jewelry/Pendants/WF--Journey--Diamond-Pendant_1083.htm which is made with Whiteflash ACAs.

You many want to take some time to read the diamond tutorials in the knowledge section above before making your purchase. You're most likely not going to have any info on the cut of those diamonds and cut is really the most important factor.

Hi Megan,

There is no way for us to be able to tell whether these stones are well cut or not and will be real sparklers
(so its hard for us to make recommendations

). I also have to agree with lucyandrogers recommendation
of going with Whiteflash. They use ACA stones (A Cut Above) which are really well cut and fall into
strict guidelines. You can read about them here:

http://www.whiteflash.com/diamonds_info/t/all_about.aspx?articleid=299&zoneid=21

(about half way down on the page but please read the whole thing to find out why the cut is so
important).

I''m sure Whiteflash will make their journey pendant with larger stones if the .75 is not big enough for
you. You just have to ask them for a quote.

I recently ordered a pair of diamond huggies from both Whiteflash and Costco and while I tried to take comparison pics, I failed miserably. Anyways, I saw no visable difference between the Whiteflash and Costco pairs in all types of lighting, my husband also couldn''t see a difference. Both sparkled the same to me. While the Whiteflash diamonds are probably cut better I didn''t want to pay for a difference that I couldn''t see.

I thought the Whiteflash pair was definitely made a little nicer and was 18ct instead of 14ct, but for the same price I got an extra 1/2 ctw of diamonds from Costco. A big size difference. If you can swing it I''d get the bigger size from Costco - I bet its stunning - and the return process at Costco is super easy, I returned a different pair of earrings there and it was no problem. Now if it was a tennis bracelet or something I really wanted in platinum, I''d say Whiteflash.

Please post pictures! We dont need the comparison photos (would be nice but..) if you just have
some shots of the Costco earings we would love to see them!

I thought this was going to be about the jewelry the band is selling

There are some pics in this thread. I need to try to take some and post them, esp. with them on. Just waiting for some sun to show up in DC --- lately the weather has been gross!!

I would still go with the Whiteflash one because it''s less money. You get 0.75 carats for $1280 in 14k white gold. Costco''s nearest equivalent is $1599 for 1.0 carat. I don''t think I''d pay $319 for only 0.25 carat total weight. Plus I know the WF one will sparkle like crazy having owned a few ACA diamonds. The Costco one may or may not do that.

Or you could say the Whiteflash one is selling for $1706 per carat.

Thank you all for the responses. The only thing with Whiteflash is their pendant is reversed.
