Thanks to this site and its wonderful users, I think I have found a diamond worth buying. It is local to me and not posted online but I do have the GIA specs below. I am hoping some of the experts can tell me if I should move on or place a deposit. The asking price is $6800. I have requested an Idealscope image but do not have it yet. I dont have actual images to post yet either but I have seen it in person and it is clean to the eye (my eye anyway) and looks great with the VSB flouro. I am scared someone is going to snatch it up so I am thinking of putting down a deposit soon even w/o the idealscope. I am wondering if 7k is a fair price or if you think I can offer less? Do you think it is safe to put a deposite down w/o an idealscope? Any other thoughts?
