They are almost always fake unless you can confirm the provenance or are buying directly from Cartier. Personally, I would never risk it. The commoditized Cartier and Tiffany is the sweet spot for fakes -- easy to manufacture and so much baked-in mark-up. You could have someone knowledgeable look at the diamonds; I suspect they'd be terrible in a fake.
Fake. The markings look like the common fakes. The word "Love" on the edge is not on the real rings.
Thank you for this info! I really appreciate it! My gut was telling me it wasn't real. I was going to sell it, but I needed to be 100% sure.
