Ok - Long story but I will try to cut it down. Hold with me here..... As Im at a lost cause.
Ok - Last year (9th Aug 2003) Just coming up to a year soon, important you remember this as warrenty/Gaurntee etc - I purchased a fabulous 3-Prong Ring. Saw it in the window and had to have it. Proposed, She said Yes and away we go.
3 Months later the Diamond becomes loose, So we take it back.
Shop Fix ring and setting, all if fine, until a week later SAME THING AGAIN.
Now this happens 3 times after that again. And on the Fourth time I request my money back.
FULL REFUND GIVEN - Now this is all surrounding Xmas time (Christmas).
The Jewellers Ring me on Christmas Eve, Stating they have had the Owner of the Shop down and he has had a look at the Ring and would like to meet me asap. So ON Christmans Eve, I go down town!!
He states he has selected a Larger diamond for the setting and has had the Diamond Set in the Ring for me. Would I like to Buy it back. So after a small discusion, I say YES and I give my fiance a HUGE Supprise for Christmas.
Its NOW AUG 2004 - And guess what! Yes 3 Hours ago the Diamond is loose, So Loose you can turn it 360 Degrees within the setting.
