Hi Everyone,

First Post. Just thought I'd post a video of my loose GOG AVC. Can you guess the color? Scenes were color-balanced with white backgrounds and side views of the stone to give everyone a fair chance. Let's see how color accurate everyone is:

(YouTube only links to 720p videos, so if you want to watch in full 1080p, you'll need to bump it up in YouTube)

I see a visible tint from the side, so I'm going to say K/L.

GORGEOUS! I'm going to say N.

It's gorgeous. I would say L or M.

I"m going to go with at least L, possibly lower.

I think maybe an M.

OMG, it is so pretty~! I would say N color?

Wow if thats what an N looks like, sign me up!! I need to go see some stones in person.... lol i think im joining the "warm colors" fan club!

My guess is L/M

I'm going to guess M. It looks AMAZING. I want one just like it! When it's set, I hope you'll come back and post pictures (or another video!).

M

Wow! I have no guess on the color. But I am always amazed by how lively AVCs are! Congrats on the new stone! It's a beauty!

spill the beans! We want details!

PS really does have some knowledgeable folks. Great guesses everyone! Here are the specs:

1.632ct, M, SI1, AGS ideal light, AGS ideal polish, ASG excellent symmetry

Though it's a 1.632, it faces up more like a 1.90ish. Dimensions are 7.01mm X 6.97mm.

I will post additional pictures and videos later when it's done. PS gave me so much knowledge I'm happy to return the favor. Thanks everyone!

it truly is stunning! Can't wait to see more

Based on my own OEC, I would say its somewhere around L-M.

Well, you proved that an M color AVC is absolutely gorgeous!

That is one yummy M! PLEASE do come back with pictures when it's set!! :naughty: :naughty:

I was thinking K-L,

It looks gorgeous! It will make a fantastic ring - I love AVCs!

I am thinking that is an L/M.
