I have been hanging on this site for a couple of weeks and picking up lots of good info, including the names of designers and benchmen (thanks, Neatfreak). I''ve been browsing lots of sites and am starting to narrow down what setting I want which I think I have seen somewhere but I can''t remember where.

Here''s what I am looking for, and please excuse the lack of proper terminology. I want a setting with 3-5 round stones one each side of the center RB. I would like the side stones set sort of like a Tiffany eternity ring (but not all the way around the ring). I''m not sure whether it is called a U prong or a shared prong, and I would like the side stones to gradually get smaller as they taper away from the center stone. I would also like the sides to sort of rise up to meet the prongs which hold the center stone-does that make sense? I''m leaning toward smallish but not tiny side stones. Maybe like a Michael B Riviera-I can''t tell for sure from the online pics.

I would be most appreciative of any pics or links.

Once I settle on a design I will have to decide on Yellow Gold or Plat but one step at a time!

Thanks in advance.

Something like this ?

I know someone here on pricescope has one like it.....can''t remember who...

If you are looking at the setting I posted I finally found the thread here

Thanks, Breann, that is definitely the one I saw. Those are great pics and they really show the various angles and views. Now that I have had a good look at it, though, I am not sure how well suited it is to a good size round center stone? I''m hoping to be able to find a round brilliant about 2.5-3.5cts in my price range.

Opinions on the combination?
