....Swissa Jewels in Seattle, Washington?

I was doing a search for a particular brand of jewelry and this seller came up. We have exchanged a few e-mails, but his responses are so concise (mostly one word) that I'm not sure whether to trust him or not.

There is no BBB report available, but there are certificates and a picture of his store front?

The return policy is adequate and PayPal is offered as one method of payment..

Any input you could offer would be helpful.

Yelp is new to me, but Swissa was mentioned and was given several reviews - mostly good and a few horrible.

The main complaint was that the owner was very curt and appeared not to care whether people bought the item or not. That was exactly the impression I got from the one or two word answers to my e-mails.

I will phone on Monday and speak directly to the owner after which I'll make my decision.

When I'm spending over a thousand dollars, I expect to be treated with a little respect.

Why would I even bother to deal with this vendor? The price for the item I would like is the best I've seen.

Some people are better communicators face to face than emails, so a phone call is a good idea.
