Has anyone delt with Signed Pieces

I spoke with Isaac on the phone and he sounded like a stand up guy willing to work on pricing. They some nice looking items on their site and the stone specs all seem to come in at either 2a`s or 2b`s AGA. Has anyone here delt with them?

I haven't personally, but several others on the forum have and they have a great reputation. If you search their name here on Pricescope, quite a few things will come up. I would not hesitate to buy from them.

I went to see their stuff a few weeks ago (reminds me I need to call them). We had a nice conversation, I'm looking for something particular and it turns out they're in the process of making it. Supposed to have the prototype soon. Their prices were very resonable and they had lots of different things to see. Go check them out and see for yourself.

Don't know if anyone has bought an engagement ring from them but there are a few of us, including me, who have bought eternity bands from SignedPieces. I was pleased with the speed with which I received my ring as well as the price. It's pictured on page 4 of the forum E-ring folder. Hi, I've dealt with both Signed Pieces and their sister company Facets. Both are very reputable companies with exceptional excellent service. They back their products 100%. They provide fast customer service, descriptions, and an excellent no hassiles refund policy. I am a repeat customer, and I have recommended their items to all family and friends since I have been very satisfied with their items. If anything doesn't work out to your taste, they have a 30 day refund policy which is pretty generous when you compare it to other vendors who have a seven or ten day policy. I own a pair of diamond stud earrings and an eternity band which I purchased from them. They have a toll free number if you want to call them, they respond via e-mail the same day, and their packages are all FedEx and quick. I do not have anything negative to say about them, and I will be another repeat customer in the future. They do have a few private sales that they will showcase items to previous customers before they list it for others so repeat customers do get first viewing. I really admire their tenacity and wonderful service, and their pricing is really hard to beat (I know since I have checked up on other vendors). In such competitive times, I really think their company is going to shine and do really well despite the fact that they're just a few years old. Okay good luck on your purchase, and I hope you will find something that you like from Signed Pieces or Facets...I always do.

As Kat pointed out, I've bought a couple of pieces from them and have been very happy with the customer service and quality. Prices are competitive as well. However, I've never bought a large single diamond, only eternity bands. Their RBs are higher clarity and color than I typically buy for a RB, so I have no experience on that front.
