Thanks Amanda, and I''ll share this sentiment with my other Jewish friends, as well.
Of course, not sure whether any read Pricescope or not, but based on the challenge of finding stores open in the various diamond districts on Jewish holidays and Saturday, we understand many of the Jewish faith are connected to diamonds, as well. Not sure if the connection is historical accident, cultural, or based on deep psychology....and I would only encourage a better writer than I to venture there, although venturing there wisely is a worthy cause.
Also, there''s a saying (captured on a soundtrack''s title): When you''re in love the whole world is Jewish...
Happy New Year from me as well. My great-nephew is celebrating it at his apartment in Boston with a lot of college friends. He told me that blessings involve a fish head; apples and honey; and pomegranate seeds. I have never celebrated the Jewish New Year, but now I plan to look it up!
