Halo Question...

Still going slowly through our process of decision making and looking... we are considering the whiteflash bezel halo setting...

I don''t know much about halos- other than they look stunning. If I ever wanted to upgrade my center stone, would I have to get a whole new setting if I have a bezel halo? Is there a difference with the prong halo?

You would have to have a new setting made for a bigger stone if you went the bezel route. For the prong set, you could probably go a *smidge* bigger, and the stone would probably be set up higher too, but if the upgrade diamond was bigger by any substantial amount my guess is that you''d need that to be remade too.

Agree with DJ.

You''d definitely have to change it if it''s bezel. If it''s prong, you could go up a SLIGHT bit, but not much.

If you are thinking you want to do a pretty significant upgrade, I''d suggest picking a temporary setting instead and not going with your dream halo setting until you''re done size-wise.
