H&A present on girdle in GIA report

Does that mean it''s an H&A or ideal cut? I found a diamond with a report that states "H&A" present on girdle. If it''s not, would the value of the diamond be lowered because an erroneous inscription? Thanks! Long time lurker, looking for a ring to propose with in the next 6 months. Looking for IF E or D VVS1 >1.1

H&A doesn''t guarantee anything other than the cutter has labelled it as such. You can easily check it out by looking at the idealscope photos.
