H&A and Best Light Return

A post had mentioned that some people cut the diamonds to H&A but at the detriment to the diamond because you may not get a good light return.

How do you get both an H&A and good light return? What do you look for? I will be going to WhiteFlash this week and would like know.

You really won't have to worry about light return with ACA's from White Flash. But one thing you can do while you're there, just to confirm things in your own mind, is to look at the diamonds with an Ideal Scope. WF uses the Ideal Scope, so they will probably have one you can borrow. You might contact them about that in advance so they don't have scrounge one up during your visit. I'd also suggest spending some time getting familiar with IS images so you'll be more comfortable when you look at diamonds in person.
