Guys I need help picking between 2 diamonds. I have 24Hours!

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if you guys (and girls) can help me decide between two diamonds.

They are:

I have put a 24hour hold on them so that I can get your feedback on which is the better :)

I am leaning towards the 0.777ct one as well its bigger but then it isn't as deep as the 0.738ct so that's where im not too sure which to get.

Or if you can find me a better one for around the same price that could work too :D

Lets say we weren't looking at prices but at the stones only would you still prefer the smaller one?

Hmmmm...

You guys are saying I should go for the smaller one....

I was sure the bigger one was better.

Whats the reason that the smaller one is better? As I really dont know how to read those ASET images.

Also if the smaller one is better how does this one compare:

like the first one overall, I doubt you'll notice the difference size of the stone as the second one has a smaller table which may "appear" to the eye that it might be a smaller stone however it could throw out bigger fire :confused: ... both good choices, maybe you can get the rep to see which one is more of a dazzler since they have it there or ask a few of the reps there which one they would prefer?

About the same. Prefer the 0.738, slight more red in the ASET, especially at the edge.

The guys over at WF are saying they like the smaller one better.

So they are agreeing with you guys here also liking the 0.738 one better.

I have asked them to send me a picture of the two side by side so I will upload that here when I get it :)

You can ask WF if any more stones are in the pipeline and in your timeline that meets your specs and budget.

Still love the smaller one, I actually reduce the size of your picture even on my screen, it helps sometimes to reduce images to a smaller scale as well.

The size difference is really negligible in that photo and most likely in real life, I would not worry about that.

I also think the .73 looks better. Nicer ASET, like the chunkier faceting, and it looks brighter in the picture.

I want to preface this by saying I know almost nothing about princess cuts, so this is a completely untrained, unprofessional opinion. I like the smaller one. It just looks more symmetrical, not to mention brighter. The other one just looks, I don't know, wonky?

I am with the majority too! Hands down, the .738 is a better stone simply because of the ASET image. From the little I know, cut and sparkle trumps all! :)

I agree. I like the smaller one as well. It is more appealing to the eye in the side by side picture.
