GTR Marking on Gold Hoop Earrings

I was going through my jewelry and cleaning my silver. I came across what appear to be gold hoops with diamonds. The markings read "1/4TW GTR..." There are 3 more letters that appear to be IOY or ICY. They're hard to make out. I can't find any guaranteed factual information on this stamp. Can someone please help me figure out what these earrings are all about?

Just a guess, might it possibly read “GTR 10K” with an incomplete “K”? Do you happen to know if the hoops are 10K gold? With 1/4 total carat weight diamonds?
