Grading report ending with the letter U

Hi good afternoon I'm not sure if this would be the right forum to post under but I have a client that brought in a diamond with a laser inscription ending qotht he letter U if anyone on here know anything about that I would truly appreciate it

What shape stone and weight?

it is a 1.25 round my client stated that it was originally a GIA cert diamond but I never seen a gia cert under with the letter U
