Just had to share with someone (or lots of someones), that I got my e-ring from dcd last night. I spent most of the night staring at it from any and all angles and in different light conditions. I finally had to put it away or risk not getting any sleep before work today. Anyways, I wanted to share and thank you all for the insightful discussion on this board. You''ve been a great help in this process. I''m ecstatic about the diamond and the setting as well. The RB stone is beautifully cut and looks larger than an .8 has a right to, which is a relief to me. Anyways, just wanted to share the happiness and good news. I''m taking it to Martin Fuller for appraisal on Thursday and plan to pop the question soon after. I''ll post pics once all of that is done as a it seems a bit pompous and presumptuous to post a bunch of pictures of her ring before she sees it or says yes.
