Looks beautiful. I love the 54% table which is considered small in a MRB. Price wise I have no idea if it is good buy but James Allen usually have really good pricing on their stones.

It looks like a beautiful diamond!
I say this with great good intentions...it will be eye clean, but be sure you don't mind the inclusions. If you are a person who obsesses over your stone with a loupe, I think you may find that dark crystals are quite reflective and will appear to be on more facets than where they actually are.
I recently bought a VS2 with one black spec and from the side it looked as though there were 6, sometimes 8 inclusions. But that was with a 7X loupe.
