Hi Jim and welcome!

Does this diamond have an EGL grading report? Also we need the depth measurement please along with crown and pavillion angles if you have them.

if by ''proportions'' you mean the depth and table, then yes, they are good!

measurements are 6.82 - 6.85 x 4.16. Just waiting to get the angles from the jeweler,
Jim.

Do you have the total depth in terms of %?
(I'm kinda lazy to calculate that info

Can you get an IS?

Personally, without one I would pass. In all honesty, I''d probably pass anyway. Just not loving that combo.

Agreed, along with pav angle/ CA and table size, you can do better it seems.

No problem. If you try and keep your CA between 34 and 35, with PA between 40.6 and 41.2, it should help. An IS image is always best though.

And I just wanted to make sure you knew, I wasn't laughing at you with the "dodgy" comment, it just sounded funny.

I do use that word a lot, knew thats what you were laughing at. Thanks for CA and PA advice, much appreciated,
cin cin,
Jim.

one last thing, what would you expect the retail value of this stone to be?
