Am I the only one who can't see the prices?. I see an abundance of information on the stones. But where is the price?

Do I have to email them to ask the price of each stone?

when you click on the category of your stone..aka ''Hearts and Arrows'' you will see a slightly obscure paragraph re: pricing and if you click on the ''price'' graphic it will pop up all pricing for those H&A stones.

Kind of a pain in the butt, can''t wait til that is fixed!!

I believe they only post prices for round H&A''s. The prices are not with each stone (they used to be) - now they are in their own section. Go to the Round H&A section, and there is a graphic there that is actually the link to the price list. http://www.goodoldgold.com/rounds.htm

I''m sorry I still don''t see any icon anywhere with the word price in it.

From the homepage I click on round H&A.
Then accross the top I see 7 categories.
On the left is a list of stones.
In the middle is two ads.

Where is the price icon?
Left top?
Right bottom?
How big is it
What color is it?

in the middle...the ''ad'' to the left is the price image....

the ''ad'' to the right is their diamond of the week.

click the price image to the left in the middle/body of the page.

Actually, Rock Music, I''m with you...in my recent effort to see the price, I failed.

While sharing this feedback, I''m recalling finding the same for Nice Ice.

Generally, this interest is remedied by seeing prices for both on the search by cut database here...but I''m sure the price must be somewhat available through the host web-sites for Jonathan, Robin & Todd....presuming you''re dedicated enough to finding it. Up to now, I haven''t been.

Thank You Mara, I see it now. How embarrasing. I feel blind as a bat.

The pricelist doesn't exactly match the inventory. There are no prices for these and other stones.

Does that mean they are sold?

rock, it could be many things, aka they are sold, or they are brand new, or there was just a mistake...

i suggest contacting GOG directly and asking them that very question, they are definitely more well-equipped to answer than we are!

good luck!!

Hi Everyone,

We were made aware of this ourselves just recently and we are correcting the problem as we speak.....

Sorry for the confusion.

Actually, our prices are stated quite clearly for each of our diamonds... Our inventory is clearly posted in the upper left section of links in traditional weight categories. Once you select a weight category, you are taken to the inventory page where the diamonds are listed with a price for a credit card transaction (normal price) and a cash discount / wire transfer price.

The only diamonds that we do not list prices for are the Eighternity Brand modified round brilliant ideal cut diamonds and that is only because we are contractually restricted from doing so and that drives us NUTS because people have no way of knowing how much the diamonds are and they assume that we are playing a sales game of "call us if you''re interested so we can justify the price" when in reality we are prohibited from publishing the prices by the manufacturer.

Actually R/T, I will echo what Ira said. Your prices are clearly marked in the table as are Jonathan''s but there is no pricing information on the detail page of the stone. When you go directly from the PS search engine or browse a few of them it''s inconvenient to have to keep going back to the summary for pricing. One could keep multiple browser windows open I suppose, but the competitors don''t make us do that

Oh, I see what you are talking about now... We''ll be able to fix that when the update to the site is complete, those pages will be partially scripted where they are kind of a mix of a template and typing right now. Thanks for clarifying the point for us =)

Glad you guys are in agreement with each other, and that Noobie was more clear...and indeed, what he said is what I meant.

With the web, and linking to text...perception is somewhat more holographic in nature, vs. linear, I think. Since it may be less obvious where the reader came from to get to the text, you want the whole "thing" to be represented in whatever text you're expecting the reader to be seeing.

Also...I had sought Google's help to come up with a helpful analogy, but to no avail. Where you say:

the image I was going for was of a so called "run-a-way bride," who ultimately decides....no. That is to say, when a perception is shared that something is difficult to see...it may be like a bride saying she doesn't want to get married. Telling her that she' wrong about that, at that point, is not so much the point.

I would go on, but whereas you have both used this as an educational moment, and clarified -- Robin, Todd, and Noobie -- both where the prices are, and also, what the problem is with where they are, I think all is well.

Cheers,

Hey all,

We are in the process of doing an entire revamp of our site (the recent changes have been minor) and the prices along with all the other data is going to be uploaded in a different fashion which we are preparing for, hence the prices were on that spreadsheet. Since our new site will not be completed for another 2 weeks or so we have put the prices where they used to be. Ie. Back on their individual pages plus we have also kept the spreadsheet available for those who would like to review our entire in house inventory on one page with links. Sorry for any inconvenience as it''s all hashed out now and will be getting even better.

We now take you back to our regular scheduled programming.
