GIA doesn''t use the cut term ideal. Who told you it is ideal ?(it may very well be, just would like to know your source)
Do you have the crown and pavillion info?

What is the crown and pavilion info? The source is Blue Nile.

Do you have the GIA report number?

Thanks for your help!

Very nice diamond. To check if the price is right, go to the top of the page and search by cut here and see if the price is comparable to vendors here.

Is there much significance that I should attach to the "Strong Blue" Fluorescence? This may be the one that I buy for my GF...sorry for all of the questions

The price seems to be about right. Strong blue flourescence can make a diamond appear whiter, It can be a good thing. Do a search above for flourescence.

Don''t apologize, ask all the questions you want.

About the blue fluoro, for sure do a search on it, I''ve posted a bit about it too....
I have such a thing with fluoro, that I only buy diamonds with it (if it''s strong, even better!;-)
