GOG August Vintage

Does anyone know why GOG doesnt have any August Vintage stones anymore?

They still do but changed their search engine so the AVCs get pulled up in the PS search results. You have to go to advanced search and select Optical Symmetry. Save it and then you will see an option for August Vintage at the bottom.

An AVC is a cushion, you don't need to do anything special just search in cushions!

ya, all the special cuts still shows up in the generic search. That is GOG's intent.

LOL... I'm listening.

It's in the works. Actually this past week and over the next few I've been working from a remote location and will be taking back the reigns of my website. Not that I ever lost it but before we had the current site built I used to be able to update/edit/change my website at will. Granted it was an old website but I sorely missed having the control I once had in editing etc. So ... I'm taking classes and have taken the steps in building a new site and will be giving our current one a face lift along with another site I'll be building dedicated to AVC's, AVR's and other Specialty cuts we feature. I can't stand being at the mercy of another web company and waiting for them to respond to my requests for these things so I'm taking steps to take these matters into my own hands. At the moment my hands are a little tied but that will no longer be as I'll be able to make these changes at will and on the fly.

Till then I have published a recent clip on YouTube showing how to utilize our search engine to find specific cut styles we feature.

The change did accomplish something I've been wanting for a very long time and that is having our AVC's on the PriceScope search but that meant combining them with all cushions in the search on our site in the "general cushion search". So ... you will have to dig a little although many of the cushions on our search are AVC's you can still search for them by following the instructions given in this thread or by checking out my little clip on YT. Once I am done with the classes I am taking now it will all be alleviated and there will be a separate search function again though. It's ok though ... isn't the hunt half the fun of it all?
