Crown over 35 needs an idealscope image. Make sure there are no transparency issues from pinpoints. So answer is: good start, nothing to disquality it at this point but needs further investigation.

What do you think of medium blue? Will it be dark blue or will medium only give the light icy blue?

Steven does not do ASETz or Idealscopes to my knowledge. No crown over 35 withput one.

This one is from idj, same price and almost the same measures but this one is 0,2ct smaller, so if Stevens stone is eye clean I loose 0,2 ct to have vs1 one the report?
(I understand what you sad about aset, have requested one)
What is the danger to have 35,5 on crown?

This isn't an apples to apples comparison. The SK stone has symmetry VG versus IDJ X. That can impact price right there.
