Gift ideas?

In SO's family Secret Santa draw I have landed one of his SIL's. She is fresh out of med school, and started her first intern doctoring job this past Monday. I was thinking of getting her something doctor-ish, any suggestions? I know nurses wear cute scrubs, and often have cute name tags etc, but I can't say I've met a huge amount of hospital-doctors, so I have no frame of reference.

(I am not attached to the doctor idea, so please tell me if its an awful one!)

Our price limit is around the $20 USD mark, but I have never really stuck to that!

Is she a label-liking kind of girl? Coach has lanyards (not sure of spelling, they call them ID-holders on Coach site) that are a cute way to wear her security badge/ID/things that every doctor/nurse has to wear. They go around the neck, come in all different colors, are a real high-quality leather and they're about $24 on sale.
