I have just been offered a diamond for a custom project by a local jewler with a GIA - India report.

Is this as reliable as regular GIA reports?
 
My mistake, It''s actually from International Gemological Institue India. Reliable or not? I''ve tryed typing the number into the holloway cut adviser and it thinks they''re wrong
