Thanks, I'll take your opinon. Could this stone be an AGS cut0 even with the GIA Very Good Symettry? And an unrelated ? if you can comment, is there a visible diffrence btwn an F and G colored stone with similar characteristics? You insight would be much appreciated.
Thx

As to your last questions...No, not unless AGS happened to grade (misgrade?) the symmetry as Ideal - anything below Ideal proportions, symmetry and polish would not be an AGS0.

Yes, by definition there is a color difference between an F and G color diamond - it had to have been seen by the graders.

However, keep in mind that diamonds are color graded pavilion up and not face up.

What you are probably asking is...will I be able to see the color difference, and this is something only you can answer being that each of us has different color acuity.

On average, you will probably not be able to tell the color difference face up - most folks can't...but you may be an exception.

Thanks for the insight!
