GIA Cut Grade question

I understand all the parameters for the new system except star% and lower half percentage. How do I get these numbers to enter in? They are not on the AGS cert...

The answer is send it to GIA for grading next year.

If you have an AGS 0 dated after June 2005 then you have a nice stone

What happened to the AGS in june 2005? Mine was certed before that...
