Sapphires are darker blue, but dont turn black. Ring is 14k white gold. One V-prong was slightly damaged by the jeweler who tightened the prongs... looks like he may have taken off 1/3 of one side of the V. I didnt realize it until way later and it was too late to go back. Got the diamond checked by another jeweler and he said there is no damage to the diamond. Diamond still secure.
I got this about 5 years ago and wore it maybe 3-4 times since.
Ring size 3.5
