My BMI is already 19.8, so I don''t need to lose weight. I really need to gain muscle though. That''s always been hard for me as I just don''t carry much muscle naturally. I''m wearing a form fitting sheath dress that shows every curve of my lower body. I would like to get a really toned butt and thighs. It looks okay now, but I don''t want to feel okay. I want to feel awesome.

I''ve just started doing squats, lunges, and other stuff. I also think I''m going back to yoga this Friday. I''ve also been walking about 12 miles a week and eating well (whole grains, veggies, lean protein, etc.). Do you guys think I can make a significant difference in the 8 weeks between now and my wedding? I guess I''m just feeling impatient and I really need support and encouragement on going that last step. I''m really feeling that pressure to be *perfect* lately, and it sucks.
