Hello -

I am getting married soon and really havent found anything that I love for a wedding band. I wanted something modern, unusual or with diamonds and will probably get another cheap ring to wear everyday.

I was going to try to match something to my Rose Gold watch, but the problem is - it's not really yellow or rosegold and the rest of my watches are stainless. This however is the watch I was planning to wear for wedding wich also complicate s things.

I tried on these two so far - Any suggestions on anything else? To blingy? I also like the AP offshore rings below - but they are apparently hard to get

Thanks in advance!

I would consider Tungsten for one of them:

My son-in-law has one and it is extremely hard and scratch resistant, ultra smooth, and a nice masculine color that leans toward a platinum gray but shiny (or matte, if you choose that).

And I don't think the ring has to match the watch at the wedding, either.

I really like the diamond-set ones from that company -- masculine without being too blingy!

We are looking for a wedding band for FI, too.

Like you, he didn't want it to "fight" with his Chanel J12 watch, so he settled on a really cool Tungsten band that has a tiny sliver of white gold running through the center. We ordered it last Saturday.

Well, he called me (traveling this week) and asked me to cancel the order... he thinks it will be too much dark on his hand/wrist! He wants to go back later this week and look at platinum ones again.

If you're worried about "matching," I wouldn't worry so much about the wedding day, but the watch(es) that you plan to wear on a daily basis!

I am less concerned about matching now. As I have more stainless watches and only one Rose gold. I was just trying to find something dressy, cool or unique.

Thanks so the replies so far!

The most unusual - but still very masculine and refined - ring I've seen are at http://en.niessing.com/wedding-rings/ . Really fascinating use of multiple metals, interesting designs, diamonds, etc. The first one is a design you can get at a lot of places - e.g. rose gold inside and platinum out for matching your watches - but those others really highlight how beautiful and architectural their work is. I've always thought it tricky to fling handfuls of diamonds on a men's wedding ring and not have it look a little lounge-lizard (oh, please don't hate me) but these and their other rings really accomplish it beautifully.
