Gemex report evaluation question...

When the length of the bar for the middle "color light" is twice as long as the two other bars, what does that mean?

I’m not a big believer in the Gemex system of 3 bars as telling you very much that’s useful but the dealer who is promoting it to you should be able to explain both their scale and how to apply it. You can then decide for yourself if there’s anything there that’s helpful to you as a shopping tool.

I did look on the Gemex site to see what that''s all about, and the length of the bar... it''s like variance in the results, correct?

Thanks for the kind words and consideration.

Once I saw the Report I knew *precisely* what kind of diamond you''re considering. That is a distinct optical signature vis GemEx technology as these cutters purposely cut their diamonds to max out every optical technology available.

There is excellent visual correllation as well.

In answer to your question specifically the "longer" blue bar in the colored light return segment means it wasn''t pegging it as far as it could go. Don''t let that discourage you though as it is nothing that would results in an optically inferior diamond. If you were to compare it to another Solasfera you would see no visual difference whatsoever and these results via the GemEx are among the rarest.
