G/Si1 with feathers - good buy?

I need help with if this diamond is a good buy. I am trying to match it in a very sparkly halo setting of G/VS2.
HCA is 1.4 Ex-Ex-Vg-Ex

I am concerned about the feathers and one does reach the surface.
