From my great Grandmother

Hi! I’m looking to identify/date this pendant that came from my great grandmother. The chain I assume is junk - has a coppery-brassy look to me. The pendant is unmarked but I’m pretty sure it’s gold, and I have no idea what the lavender “stone” is. I think it is 19th century. Thanks for your thoughts!

I don't think it's gold. The messy soldering where the loop is attached is suspicious. Usually, gold work is more meticulous.
A local jeweler can do a scratch test to tell you for sure.
I can't say what the stone might be. It almost looks like ceramic.
Whatever the outcome, you should wear it and remember great grandma!
