Four years for trading in diamonds from Zimbabwe

This is good news:

"A court in the Indian polishing centre of Surat has sentenced two men, arrested in 2008, to four years in prison and fines of 100,000 rupees ($2,200) for trading in diamonds from Zimbabwe that did not have Kimberly Process certificates."
