Found the setting now for the center stone...

First I would really like to thank everyone on this forum for their advice it has made this process so much easier and fun

I have decided on a Leon Mege setting...

I now need to find a center stone. Leon has a great selection of stones however should I get the center stone directly from him or somewhere else? I am looking for an ideal cut at least vs2 H 1.4-1.9 round...

Anyone? I see posts about what online places are good to get a stone so I don't need duplicate info on that...just whether or not I should get it directly from Leon or not?

I don't think Leon does ASET an idealscope images, so unless it's an AGS 000 you wouldn't really know what you are getting. GIA's excellent category is very broad, so you really need light performance images to assess those stones properly.

For a cushion, yes I'd consider Leon, maybe, but I think for a round I'd want to know I will get the cream of the crop and head over to Brian Gavin / Whiteflash / High Performance Diamonds / Good Old Gold.
