Hey, guys. I have been looking and looking for a diamond band to go with my 3 stone ring, but nothing has really looked that good with it. Today while I was at the mall I stopped by Tiffanys to check out their plain platinum knife edge band and it fit PERFECTLY! I loved it so much and almost walked out of the door with it, but the bargain shopper in me wanted to see if I could find a used one in great condition first before I pay such a mark-up. I know signed pieces is really great to work with, but no such luck on them having one right now. Does anyone know of any reputable sites that might have one for sale? If I don''t find it, I am going to purchase the Tiffany one, as it''s not that expensive. Thanks

steph, I don''t see a lot of the plain knife edge bands for sale second hand at signedpieces very often. If the price isn''t over the top, i''d probably just go ahead and buy the ring directly from tiffany''s.

Steph- do either of these look like they''d work?

Mrs. Salvo, that is what I was thinking too. Maybe one will pop up soon, but if not I will just go with a new one.

Charger, thanks for the links. The Whiteflash one is almost twice as much as Tiffanys and the other one was only $90 less, so I will probably just go for the real thing now that I''ve seen those prices.

Good plan, it isn''t worth the hassel to save $90! e-weddingbands is probably the most reasonable price you will find anyways.

Did you try newyorkestatejewelry.com

They sometimes have them.
Thank you! They did have quite a few bands and had it in yellow gold, but not platinum. I will keep an eye out for it there though...thanks:)

Signed Pieces isn''t buying plain Tiffany bands anymore.

steph- I''d buy the Tiffany one. While the WF one is beautiful, it''s not as thin or have as sharp of a knife edge as the Tiffany.

Feb, thanks for the head''s up on signed pieces. I think I will just spend the extra few hundred and buy it new. Thanks guys:)

I would go ahead and get the Tiffany one. Their prices on the metal only pieces is about the same most places. And since it is exactly what you want.. also since it is branded if you change your mind you will be able to sell it.
