Just realized that that first stone is D, IF. Waaaat. Is that an actually antique stone? Or something recently cut?
Because hot dayum, if they found an antique diamond that is perfect color, perfect clarity, AND 15+ carats.... just.... How? omg.
I will say this could go in the is it too big thread because even for me it might be too large. I would not feel comfortable wearing this on the subway. And that's saying something coming from me.
My dilemma would be frame it or keep it locked tight and secure at all times (except for maniacal bling sessions next to the safe)?
Aww thank you for sharing these with us. All so gorgeous.
That first ring needs more than 4 prongs...I'm getting nervous looking at that huge rock being held in place by just 4 prongs...
That last ring-I love that setting. A lot.
@Rad_Fan
Omg..It is so gorgeous..I love the color...
@missy If you were wearing that ring and the stone fell out you would know it! It probably isn’t that comfortable..
@missy, I thought you were going to comment on the prongs of the D IF.
Can't wait to see the new home for Bubbalah.
That last ring-I love that setting. A lot.
Would you go for such a thing with your stone? (leaving aside the dreads of custom)
If it is not Cartier, than it sure does look like a model they keep making for serious rings. The style keeps appearing in the best of places.
(e.g. a much smaller one www . I have met in person a couple closer to this than to THAT.)
I can’t breathe...
