Fluorescence need help!

Does it make a difference how the diamond is being held under LWUV? Is the intensity better, table up or table down? Thanks for your reply!

No difference whatsoever- because the fluorescence is part and parcel of the body of the stone.

yup no diff as David says - the N3 centers (they are 3 Ns + 1 void) randomly substitute carbons in the crystal structure - no deliberate concentration in one portion of the stone over another, and the same wavelength (same visible colour & intensity) is emitted upon de-energization.
