Earring backs appear to be jewelry designer George Schuler’s patented omega comfort clips. Schuler designed jewelry for Tiffany 50s/60s. There’s no attempt to make the Tiffany name, spelled out with individually stamped letters, look authentic in any way. And real Tiffany earrings have name on the clip itself, not stamped on the earring. Have you seen anything like this? A prototype? Perhaps not even real gold? Any thoughts appreciated. I dont have an answer for you, sorry, but i hope someone weighs in who knows Tiffanys more vintage pieces. I know that the older 70s and 80s Peretti pieces have Tiffany spelt out in a similar, almost "messy" fashion. But i can see the earrings look to be high quality. Good luck finding out! :)

Thx for your good wishes and I do hope someone versed in vintage Tiffany pieces sees my post and can shed some light on the earrings.
