They don't disclose anything about treatment (heating, etc) that I can see. The color also doesn't look very saturated. I would suggest going with a vendor like Diamonds by Lauren, because they will be able to tell you more about the stone (including treatment, if any, and what that means), and they'll be able to provide lots of options in whatever budget you give them.
