First Dress Fitting!!

Soo... We picked up my dress last Wednesday and I love it even more than I expected to! It will need some alterations (the top is a little loose and I need to have the bustle added).. but overall, it fits almost perfectly! It also needs to be pressed, which will happen after the alterations. Here are just two pictures
I ordered the veil I'm wearing in the photo and I bought that headpiece as well. The veil has a row of crystals sewn in all the way around it and the headpiece is a very light champagne-ish color metal that goes perfectly with the stitching on my dress.
The bridal salon had a room with "evening" lighting and the dress and veil sparkled like a thousand little light bulbs!
I LOVE my dress!!
I'm so excited and I can't wait for Fi to see me in it! Only 218 days to go! lol.

Side-note: Looking at this pic makes me realize that I need to tone up my arms!

Thank you so much for all of the lovely compliments, girls! Lulu, I wish I had more photos... but these were the only ones taken with my camera. My mom took some too. When I see her, I'll see if she'll let me borrow her memory card for a day or so. Here's a stock photo of the front...

And I was thinking about having my hair down and curled for the ceremony (I've been trying to grow my hair as long as possible for this purpose lol)

Thank you! I'm going to have the seamstress do an over-bustle so that the detail isn't hidden in the back at the reception.
It's driving me crazy to know this beautiful dress is hidden away in a dress bag lol
